July 25th and 26th 2009
at The Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont.
A year's worth of planning is almost upon us. So grab an application and get it filled out. There will be a special group of door prizes for those who preregister so get your entry in by July 11th, we check them by postmark. Here's some of what we have planned.
Saturday July 25th.
11:00 am to 3:00 pm - Registration at the Fairgrounds.
1:00 pm - The Poker Run starts, details coming.
5:30 pm to 9:30 pm- The Rodder's Welcome Party at the fairgrounds. Rock-N-Roll music, BYOB, Barbeque for the rodder's (full registration meal ticket required for the meal).
A major door prize will be given after the dinner!
Sunday July 26th
7:00 am to 9:00 am - Free Rodder's Breakfast at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, "Start your morning off right!"
7:00 am - Gates open.
7:00 am to 1:00 pm - Registration at the fairgrounds is open.
7:00 am to 3:00 pm - Show-N-Shine at the fairgrounds.
*Engine Display *Kids Face Painting *Party Bouncer
*Pinstripping Demonstration *T-Shirts *Vendors
11:00 am to 1:00 pm - Games, games, games - Lots of fun for the family with cash prizes.
2:00 pm - Awards Program and Door Prize give aways.
4:00 pm - Move out, hope everyone had a great time. Clean up and tear down. Have some dinner and after a nap begin preparing for your arrival at The 40th Annual Rod Festival.
