Registration Information
- LIABILITY: In consideration of the rights to participate in the 2014 ColoRODans Rod Festival, by execution of this form, I hereby release and discharge the ColoRODans of Longmont, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, the City of Longmont, and anyone else connected with management and presentation of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, and persons from any and all liability occasioned by or resulting from the conduct of entrants, entrants' guests or any participant assisting or cooperating with entrant under direction or control of the entrant.
- OPERATION: The ColoRODans of Longmont reserves the right to restrict applicants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities. If for any reason an entrant, guest of the entrant, his vehicle, his appearance or conduct is deemed objectionable by the ColoRODans of Longmont Inc., the entrant and/or his guests and vehicle shall be subject to removal and eviction from the premises. In the case of eviction, the ColoRODans of Longmont, Inc. is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.
- CREDENTIALS: Entry confirmation will be made by return e-mail. All registration material and entrant’s identification will be issued at the Rod Festival upon presentation of the confirmation e-card or acceptable identification.

You are a part of the Collector Car hobby, and we need your help. The Collector Car Council of Colorado (CCCC) wishes to increase its effectiveness and influence at the Colorado Legislature. One
of the best ways to do this is to make campaign contributions to candidates supporting the important issues to car hobbyists.
The CCCC created a Political Action Commitee (PAC) that will collect money from Clubs, Suppliers, Collectors, and Individuals like yourself who wish to increase the visibility and clout of the car
hobby at the State Capitol. This commitee is nonpartisan, and contributions will only be made to candidates that are favorable to our hobby. This is a way you can do your part to protect the car
hobby in our State.
The ColoRODans is a fun, family oriented car club that has called Longmont home since March, 1968. Since the beginning we have been a non-profit corporation dedicated to FUN WITH CARS!
The Club participates in several family-friendly events each year — including
many that also give back to various organizations within our community, state and some that extend beyond Colorado's borders. Once a year, the ColoRODans host a special annual event, The ColoRODan’s
RodFest. 2020 was our 50th Annual Rod Fest!
